Dear Santa Cruz,

I've written many thank you cards in the past...this is probably the most difficult one that I could ever write.  

Due to sudden and unexpected circumstances, we had to send my boy, Tao, to doggie heaven last week.  This was an experience that I have never encountered in the past nor one that I would ever wish upon anyone.  Thanks to Dr. Gramling and the entire staff at Santa Cruz, you displayed genuine grace and sensitive care during every moment of Tao's life.  My questions were always answered with true compassion and my concerns were met with total reassurance.  Your team made us feel as though this was the only thing occurring in the world at that time...and that's exactly what we needed.

It's quite evident that you love what you do and we can't thank you enough for your sincerity and passion.  Thanks to you, the Rainbow Bridge is a positive destination!
